3 Simple Rules

The Muscle Mate can be used in three simple ways:

  1. You can elongate or stretch out the muscle fibers (working parallel or in the same direction the muscle runs).
  2. You can work perpendicular to the muscle (known as cross friction and used to break up specific adhesions).
  3. You can apply sustained pressure to the muscle (known as trigger point and used to relieve muscle spasm).

MuscleMate is the best massage tool I have ever used in my clinic over the past 20 years. It has not only saved my hands, it has allowed me to get effective long term results with my clients. They often buy one for home or travel!

Warnings

The Muscle Mate should not be used directly on bones or damaged skin, such as cuts, bruises, abrasions, ulcers, burns or fractures. Gentle pressure is particularly important for people with bone disorders such as Osteoporosis.
